How Does a Helmet Brake Light Increase Your Confidence On The Road
As motorcycle riders, we are constantly exposed to various road hazards, making safety a top priority. One of the most important safety measures for riders is the ability to communicate effectively with other motorists. Unfortunately, this can be challenging, especially when making a turn or coming to a stop. That’s where InView Helmet Brake and Signal Light comes in, providing the ultimate safety solution for motorcycle riders. In this article, we’ll explore the features and benefits of InView Helmet Brake and Signal Light, and how it can improve your safety on the road.
Introducing inView, the helmet brake and turn signal light
This is a helmet brake and signal light that fits on the back of any helmet. It gets a wireless signal from a transceiver that is installed/wired onto the motorcycle. Because it is fully integrated you not only get brakes, but also turn signals and hazards, if your bike is so equipped.
inView also has passive braking. As in, when you slow down by way of letting off the throttle or down-shifting it flashes the helmet light and an accessory brake light that is included in the kit. Together they let drivers behind you know you are slowing down, but not physically using your brakes.
Features of inView
- Easily moved from helmet to helmet. The 3M Dual-Lock hook and loop keeps the unit secured to any helmet and is easily moved to the passenger helmet if needed
- No on/off switch. You don’t have to remember to turn it on or off. When you turn the motorcycle on the helmet light double chirps and flashes letting you know it is on. When you turn it off it chips and flashes once.
- It is CAN-Bus compatible. It will not throw CAN errors when installed.
- Inversion protection prevents you from in stalling the helmet light upside down.
- DIY installation. The toughest part is finding the left/right/brake wires to tap into. Once you have those, the included Posi-Tap connectors make tapping into the wires very easy.
- Uses AAA batteries in the helmet light that can last 1 – 2 months.
- Available in red or clear lens.

” inView is about to change motorcycle safety forever” -Hardtales Magazine
“Works exactly as advertised. Very bright. Highly recommended.” – John
“Bottom line, this product still rates 5 stars because it is innovative, a breeze to install and really works, as evident by the distance cars now stop behind me when I’m waiting at a light. It’s especially good at night and in reduced visibility. InView is well worth the price, and I encourage all riders that really care about their safety to check this item out. It’s even better than 3M reflective tape.” -Steven-
“I have been using In View for a couple years now, the response I see while riding is positive… I believe in this device and know it helps with visibility… Every rider ought to have one!” Bill H.
